ARTHAUS

Acquisition and gut rehabilitation of this vintage 1927 brick apartment building with Art Deco details on Capitol Hill in Seattle, Washington.  The project was converted into a condominium community and art gallery.

DESIGN THEORY RETAIL

Lead retail tenant site selection, lease negotiations, design and tenant improvements on historic building in South Lake Union in downtown Seattle and other retail tenant space in Ballard, Washington.  

RETREAT AT 20th

Acquisition and renovation of historic 1910 apartment building in the popular Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, Washington.  The project was converted into a condominium community with a sculpture garden.

LEASE NEGOTIATIONS

Lead restaurant tenant site selection and lease negotiations on historic building in downtown Seattle.  

FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS

Acquisition of multifamily properties for institutional investors in the Seattle marketplace.

SENIOR HOUSING SERVICES

Serve as acquisition and development consultant for senior housing developers across the nation.

MULTIFAMILY HOUSING SERVICES
